| Breast Lift with Implant Augmentation |
| Women sometimes seek breast lift surgery but don’t realize that they may also need breast implants to augment the volume of the breast. Basically, if you are happy with your current size in a bra you may not need a breast lift plus augmentation. However, depending on the amount of breast lifting I have to do I may recommend breast implants even to keep the same cup size as before the lift. This is because breasts do tend to appear slightly smaller after a lift even without removal of any breast tissue. Imagine the breast envelope being smaller and more compact and you will understand why this may be the case. When you come in for your evaluation, I will be able to assist you in deciding how best to achieve your desired shape and size. My goal is to safely shape your breasts to a more youthful and natural size and contour.
